Your parents can undergo the upfront medical anytime. It states on the letter that if they haven't done so, they "must" provide the upfront medical form then send it to manila visa office for them to continue the processing of their application.

Hi Rod. March 2016 ang expiration ng visa ng asawa mo? So 9 months from the time of issue? I didn't know na pwede pala maging valid ang visa ng over 3 or 6 months.

Yes, Visa section in Makati. Have you received AOR2 from CEM? If so, did they ask you to send Appendix A as well?
