I finally received an email response from CEM today. They confirm receipt of my spouse's passport and other docs sent on June 8 and that his application is still in process. ??? ::) :-\

It says sa letter "by sponsor in Canada" ang dapat magbayad ng RPRF. It looks like kapag through online ang payment, kailangan credit card ng sponsor ang gagamitin.

Yes, passport plus appendix A. Wala naman nakalagay sa list na pictures but you can send it if you want. Pwede bayaran online ung $490 or I think any Canadian banks. $1040 ang total payment to sponsor a spouse.

Since day 1 na ma access namin ni hubby yung ECAS (around Feb 18), nakalagay na yung Medical Received as item#2 pag i-click yung status. Nag upfront medical si husband. What about you?

We have the same status. My husband's ecas is "In Process" as well since August 7th but when you click on it, Application and Medical Received ang nakalagay. We submitted our app Feb 12.

Kahit alin jan pwede. It's up to you if you want to send your application through PO Box (Canada Post) or through courier (FedEx or UPS).

Hi sis. Appendix A lang ang nirequest pero sinabay na ng husband ko ang original passport nya. Akala kse namin passport request na din un.

May 20 nag email ang CEM for additional docs (appendix A request only), but we considered it as passport request kse nga hindi kame sure ni husband kung isasama ba ang passport. So june 8 sinend ni husband ung appendix A with original passport nya.

Estimate ko lang ung two months. Ayoko na kse mag expect masydo. Lalo lang kame nagiging impatient ni hubby sa kakahintay. Nasa embassy na ung passport ni hubby since June.
