First of all, congratulations! It seems that my theory about the batches works... the CIC is doing with the PPR exactly what they did with the MR on December... Hopefully all the people that got the MR on Dec 23rd are going to have an answer soon...

maybe I am wrong but they did the same in December for MR. then they sent out a bunch of them all together..

I am just guessing so please don't take my words as a law... The restoration status is something allowed by law, I do not see how (unless you do something bad in the meanwhile) it can affect negatively the application..

That is interesting. A lot of people received PPR / COPR even if the cgms notes state that Security was not started. I wonder if they really perform this check on all the applicants.. Anyway I agree that May applicants could receive PPR / COPR within a month..

They did almost the same on December for April - May applicants. for 15 days nothing, and then they sent a lot of MR to all end of April / May applicants. If (and I say if) they do the same, probably we could get some good news within 10 to 15 days...

For what I know visa exempt country applicants don't have to send the passports but just copies.. they receive COPR exactly for this reason..
