ECA for B.Tech only is required but send all high school onwards certificate if you sending documents to CIC. BTW why you sending documents? In EE, we just need to give details in profile, no documents are required unless you get ITA.

No need to withdraw the application. You can modify the content of the application even after submission. Click on view my submitted application, change the data and click Transmit. Good luck.

Friends....i applied under 2172 from USA and app received CIC on 29 Dec 2014. I have already applied for FBI PCC. Is it advisable to apply for state PCC as of now or wait to hear from VO (in future)? Some people say only FBI PCC is needed, however some say state PCCs are also required.

Hi...sorry for the bad news. Just wanted to check if you got the whole package back or just the rejection letter? If whole package, then did you see the spouse family information form intact? I guess you can appeal but some senior member can guide on the process.
