Take the letter to EP Police Directorate beside Eastern Province Amana. In Jeddah it took me 2 weeks toget the PCC after finger print, then transalte the PCC then go to MOFA.

I guess Saudi Airlines, Lufthansa, Air France, with one stop. There is cheaper option through skyscanner . net , with two stopovers and multiple airlines, you stop in Rome and New York.

Unfortunately, no update.

I guess delays are caused mainly by students applying for visas to study in Canada. Passport submitted 23/7/2015, still waiting

Don't worry, you are not alone, mine is there for over 3 weeks now. Maybe Eid period and Universities in Canada starting in September causing delays with a lot of application in queue for visa stamp.

I submitted KSA PCC along with application, but I didn't submit for my home country until I got request for Schedule A update. I then informed the VO that I have my home country PCC and that I will send it once it is requested, immediate response came to send it!

I submitted to VSF Riyadh 23/7/2015. Still waiting.

I submitted them to VSF Riyadh, I received sms notification same day that they were delivered to Canada Visa Office, Riyadh. The officer in VSF said it normally takes 2-3 weeks.
