Hi, I am facing same issue, LOE upload option is not there for my spouse, however its present for myself (primary applicant). I have raised request through "report a technical problem" option but nothing has happened so far its been 2 days. Did anyone got any resolution for this problem ?

Actually I am trying from yesterday, logged in logged out 10-15 times. Should I include LOE for my spouse with her education docs and explain I am unable to upload in separate section ,thats y uploadinge here. I have only a week Left to submit.
