I could be wrong in this - I read somewhere that those applicants who are from English speaking countries won't be given points for IELTS....and that is why SINP has a separate page for IELTS (not in the skilled workers point page)....if i recall correctly somebody else had this issue -...

This is not nice. But as you know applicants have the privilege to request a second review after an unfavourable response from SINP. So go ahead and provide the necessary facts/confirmation of funds to bring back the game in your favour. Wish you all best -
