    URGENT VISA APPLICATION

I don't know anything about TRV's unfortunately, but hopefully with the extra information someone else can help you. You might find better information in the Temporary Residency Visa forum (instead of the Canadian Experience Class Permanent Residency forum). This link to that forum is...

    URGENT VISA APPLICATION

Try harder to write a clearer post, including using a descriptive subject. What visa have you applied for? Presumably not Canadian Experience Class PR, because getting a passport request within 3 days would be insane (you say you applied Nov 2, 2014). What visa do you need? Seriously, take a...

Eligible to apply for PR under CEC

It's fine so long as your work experience is within the previous three years.

    Open Work Permit

Just an FYI, going back to part of your original post" "If I'm right even open work permit taking 6 months processing time so I would like to apply for it now." If you are referring to the Bridging Open Work Permit, then that is very incorrect. The current processing time for a BOWP is 19 days...

    About receiving AOR

Add your cases to Trackitt. It sucks to be completely out of the loop as to where your application is. But by sorting the data on that website, you can see where you should be in the queue (assuming things are processed in order). Absolutely no point in being concerned, when you can clearly...

    CEC sugggestion needed

There is absolutely no problem with mixing and matching jobs to make up the 12 months, providing each position is a qualifying NOC and you have the supporting employment/experience evidence. Best of luck.

    New Zealand PCC

Weird. No idea in that case, although I would be surprised if the time frame was much different. Hopefully someone else knows.

    Documents list #12 Children's information.

If it was me, I would be including those birth certificates. If you're claiming you have two kids on your application, it makes sense to provide evidence that they exist (particularly from the CIC perspective). It's not impossible that one or both may want you to sponsor them one day...

    About receiving AOR

According to Trackitt, the most recent application file date for which someone has received their AOR is August 07, 2014. So what you need to do, is to chill out. Otherwise you will give yourself a heart attack before getting your PR as the CIC moves at a very laboured pace. I have found...

    New Zealand PCC

I am really struggling to understand what this means: "CIC New Delhi sent my consent form to Sydney Office on 9th July for NZ PCC." Not sure it's relevant though, because a quick search leads me to these pages...

    Need Help-NOC 0631

Some applications simply take a little longer to go through the system. Accidentally put back a few spots in the queue perhaps. The good thing is of course that you haven't heard anything negative from them. Fingers crossed you get the request soon.

Paid vacation under CEC - Traveled out of Canada

I read that one as well. The only person who claims to have been rejected is the person who writes: "Time spent outside of Canada will not count under CEC even if it is paid vacations. I was outside Canada for 3 weeks and it was not counted." I get the impression that he was rejected because 3...

    Open Work Permit

Firstly, you could simply follow the questionnaire like everyone else: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/cometocanada.asp Yes will be able to apply, but not yet. You must have less than four months left on your current work permit and have the AOR at the time they process your application. Check...

Paid vacation under CEC - Traveled out of Canada

"An allowance for a reasonable period of vacation time will generally be made in calculating the period of qualifying work experience (e.g., a two-week period of paid vacation leave within a given 52-week period in which the applicant was engaged in qualifying work experience)." Straight from...
