Its more than a month that I received AOR but status is still received. It has not been changed to processing. Is it normal?

I am going by last year, invites were sent on march 19th and people had 90 days to file. This year its 60 days and no invites have been sent. Someone mentioned in the other thread that their known works for ircc and they are weeding people out for simple mistakes.
