How do you qualify for FSW or CEC if you have less than 6 months? Or are you applying based on a different job? You need minimum 1 year in NOC 0,A,B for CEC/FSW. Once you've completed 1 year then you can apply

I am in the same boat. My paystubs say "Customer Service Representative" but in actuality I am a "Customer Service Supervisor." All in all, they care for the reference letter and contracts more than what's in the HR's system. Does your contract state the title referred to by NOC or the lower NOC?

If known. But didn't you need to specify the NOC code on the other forms? If you can, add it. If not, the title and duties should suffice, i believe.

In order to get OOPNP, you need to qualify for either FSW or CEC and for those you need 1 year of experience in the past 5 years for FSW or in the past 3 years of submitting the application. 8 months won't do as of yet for OOPNP.
