For grade 6th to 9th (Indian education), what should be the type of certificate or diploma issued? Can I write None? as there is usually never a certificate issued for these grades/classes.

What is everyone typing for their current address date: like "From" and "To Date": for the current address, should the TO date be: Till Present or Till Now or To Date?

Thanks Rob_TO & Messenger. The Form that I am referring to is IM0008,- question for "Contact Information" on Page 2. It says "current mailing address" and at the end there is an email address box as well. Shall I put both mailing address and email address?
