The degree of high you need evaluated is your highest qualification. So if the document being requested is not the highest qualification, then tell IQAS to proceed . I think your degree as a dental surgeon is equivalent to a masters

You can modify your ECA and ielts results even after receiving ITA. I know because I just tried it and I works. So perhaps you should check again
