Cant comment 100% with a fixed timeline. Generally you will receive AOR2 within 2 to 4 weeks of file transfer. If no additional docs are asked they will send you pre-arrival within 2 to 3 weeks and PPR potentially a week after that. But if they ask for additional docs then process can extend.

Has your file been transferred? If yes it means AOR2. They will assess your PA's eligibility first
