Well we got gckey message that file got transferred to manila from cpc-m. Hopefully its not an 8 month wait.

I think our file is also being transfered from cpc-m to manila for background check as our background check was already in process. But now its back to we will meassage you when it is in progress.

I think pa's country working with canada has a lot to do with how fast files process. India and some other countries process fast. Thats why i asked if you have india PA. If not dont panic about it.

We submitted biometrics but on gckey it never said it was completed. All the biometrics info was there and it said we need your fingerprints. Yesterday it changed to we don't have your fingerprints. Today it changed to completed.

My biometrics issue magically resolved itself now. Biometrics says it's completed now. Background check wording changed from "your background check is in progress" to "your application is in progress". Same wording as application progress below.

Ecas will say we sent you a letter on this date for medical. But biometrics it doesnt say anything. File transfer is also just an email to sponsor. If medical passed it says medical results are received.

No. I dont think ours was ghost update actually. I think we have biometrics issue for some reason.

We got ghost update today on gckey, nothing on ecas though. I think it could either be they are working on the file now or a transfer to VO from CPC-M. Edit:. Nevermind i guess it says "we dont have your biometrics" now. It used to say "we need your fingerprints"
