What do you mean by still active or cancelled , if you get work permit this mean it is valid for 3 years or depending on your course duration.. then you can work anywhere.. u dont need to worry

1. If you have open wotk permit then you need to answer work not visa because u already have status in canada 2. I think ans is yes but i am not sure because I didn’t ger this question in my questionnaire when I applied for trv 3. For this answer is worker My suggestion is answer the question...

Hi, You only need to attached digital photo, passport, work permit and imm5257 thats it..as u are in canada already and you have valid work permit..i applied for trv only with these documents and it got approved
