My wp expires in jan 2017 so i am not too worried right now but lmia is not an option in my job

Anyone from july 2014 who applied under eds got calls from ainp or ainp approved? I applied in aug 2014. Since ainp is close now time is really not going fast!

You can drive all you want until the expiry date of your driver's licence. If you DL expires you cant drive even if you have pr card or citizenship

I am hoping that all folks like myself who applied in august 2014 will start getting calls from ainp in july. For the most part people who applied under eds have been getting calls in 23rd month. Hopes are high

Guys When ainp picks up your file for processing do they call you or email you. Because i have seen most of the people getting calls but i personally know 2 people who got emails from the officer reauesting info. Do you know if there is a criteria for this

i applied in EDS international grad (NOC C) but I changed job and my new job is under NOC B. I updated my new job with ainp but my confusion is will my file be picked up as international grad or skilled worker. I applied in mid august 2014

Did anyone notice that Ainp didnt update their proccessing time page today. They have been really good at updating it every second monday but dont know why they didnt do it today

Dont lose hope. one of my friends applied ainp 3 months after me in same category (intl grad EDS) but he got it just after 6 months because his wp was expiring. he got ainp in mail only 3 days before wp expiry and i am still waiting after 22 months. they Do consider wp expiry date

My wp is expiring in Jan 2017. My reason to leave was that I saw more chances of moving up with my new employer. Better management. Better working conditions etc

i work for my employer and get paid by him and also I will get a job letter written on my company's letter head. so is that ok?

i forgot to mention one more job duty. everyday i have to give a report to my employer about all day. and i am permanently hired by the company. i get proper pay checks with the company name written on it. so is everything fine? i mean my employer supervises me

But i think there is a condition that the company shall be self dependent. It shouldnt be dependent just on its clients. I mean my security company has work till our clients need us. We dont have our own workplace. So doesnt it disqualify me?
