i agree with you ... he should not keep the PR card. it is better to return it back.

it takes 109 days to get PR card. but if you want it urgently you have to show them the flight ticket or train ticket .... Also you need visa to enter to USA my suggestion: apply as soon as possible

i did not ask if the file is moved or not ..just asked about the oath and if there is any notes about missing documents ... he check the file and said there is nothing about the oath .. calling CIC doesn`t help .. yesterday the agent doesnt want to check my file he said i have to wait...
