if the test or the oath is still not scheduled then just inform CIC by phone they will put the information on the system ..no need to send letter .. the case where you have to send a letter is if you stay more than 2 months outside of canada... I would call CIC and ask them... when you travel...

they told me i have to wait 2 years too
