Oh wow this is discouraging. So the new AOR is not in fact your AOR, more fantastic work by CIC. So rasbar, if your ECAS is Application Received, dos that mean you will be eligible for the BOWP? And they wont issue any other confirmation that you are eligible for BOWP?

I think the AOR you receive automatically is all you need for the BOWP. There is no suggestion you get a 2nd AOR, why would you? The rules say: "In the Express Entry application process, a notice and a letter are sent to the applicant. Only the letter (Acknowledgment of Receipt) can be used to...

Where does it say that you can't work on implied status if you have an IEC visa pnpdirect? This says that you can (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/permit/implied.asp). Can you link if you have something to support your statement? Thanks

Are you sure? My ECAS status has been "In Process" from the day I submitted my application - it was at no point "Application Received". Surely they cant have checked all my documents for completeness so quickly. Did anyone else who submitted their application have "In Process" as their ECAS...

Does the status change on ECAS or on your CIC application once the 'completeness check' is done? How do we know when documents submitted have been checked for completeness, or do we not know until we get PR (or the app is rejected obviously)?

There is lots of stuff there that wasn't on the checklist requirements. I wish you hadn't posted this
