On july 6, I sent them my schedule a form and pcc to mail address. They will receive it within 7-10 days.

RANA, How did you send your schedule a and pcc??? I have the same situation like yours. My ecas shows the same since march 31,2017. I sent my schedule a thru webform and until now july 10,2017. No any updates yet What did you do??
