You need to mentioned when you leave Canada where you lived and from which date to which date even if it is a day.

In my case I visited my in-laws at the same address couple of times for even couple of days I mentioned that address with dates. My application got through smoothly.

Dont worry these things take time. my friend has to do medical twice and they gave him 2 months before the expiry of second medical so it took 2 years and 10 months just for last step .... its all different case to case basis ... another friend is still waiting one time medical is already...
