They don't mail it to everyone anymore, only to people who order it.

For me it took about two weeks. Once it was shipped, I received a confirmation email. Two days after, picked it up in my mail box

Where do you live? Canada Post has had rotating strikes for a dew weeks.

Also, it's available online to read.

You can go to any library and ask for the book they can give you are free copy
