I'm getting ready to submit all my documents and at the bottom of Sponsorship Evaluation form (imm 5481) it says to include option c. But the new checklist doesn't ask for option c anymore so should I still submit option c to be on the safe side?

Correct website says 5 months and add couple months if applying outside Canada/USA. I applied outside Canada and was surprised to have it in 4 months.
