Don't worry. I didn't get my UCI until I got my PER - but then, the IVR would read back my application received date, but ECAS wouldn't find me until after a few days. I know you haven't received PER yet, but so far PER has invariably followed after a CC charge. I'd advise you to relax, wait...

If I understand right, you sent your application with an ECA report which has now been updated by WES. Unless you had a previous UCI and you wrote it on your original package, there's no point in sending a second one -- no guarantee that CIC will be able (or even willing) to match them up...

Yes - provided you have upgraded Gmail's chat to Hangouts, in the field where you normally type a contact name you can also type a phone number, e.g. 16139444000 (that was from memory and may not be CIC's actual number, just an example)

If you guys have Gmail, try dialing from within Gmail or Google Hangouts (desktop PC only, no phone or tablet). It should go through, and it's free.

Based on my experience, you should be fine. I only stressed part-time status (including hours per week) on a reference letter from a past freelance engagement. Again, I can only speak for myself, but it seems that would be good enough at least for CIO :)

I don't think it's cause for concern. Does it state whether it was full-time employment?

To all who have received PER and are unable to see information on ECAS: if you want a little confirmation that everything's OK, you can call the CIC number posted on other pages in this thread and use the IVR to input your UCI (from your PER email). You will get a voice response along the lines...
