I didn't attach any envelop, cause my application was from within Canada. They return documents only by regular USPS in this case. My money order hasn't been cashed.

shradzsaraf I believe it is an email id of the auto-response bot, and any messages going there are never delivered. Using the case specific form is better, but I have never been replied anyway. Let see, hopefully you will be more lucky and get response faster.
