Hey check the new rules u no longer need a valid study permit to apply for PGWP, there's a lot changes 14 FEB good news.

So yours was refused too,if so what was the reasona for refusal.You need to do the paper application and pay 605 and also to be safe just include the fee for biometrics

Mmm it might be trick unless there's a strong reason why took semester off.

So try to call ICC maybe it's their mistake if u applied after 42 days they may reconsider your application
