Restoration of status and PGWP

Please GUYS, How do I fill the intended school of study, length of program, tuition and funding section of for IMM 5409 if I am only apply for restoration of status to student permit so as to get my PGWP.
HOW DO I FILL THIS SECTION PLEASE..

5409 is the common law union form.
What is your current situation exactly? When did you officially graduate and when did your permit expire? Can you see an international advisor at your school, that would be best.
You only have 90 days after going out of status to file for restoration + I think you need to get a new Study Permit (Not sure!).
You only have 90 days after notification of completing studies to file for PGWP and you need a valid SP.
So you need to be really careful or seek professional advice here to avoid major disappointment.

Thanks bongo man. I mean to say IMM 5709. I applied for my PGWP on April 14 before my study permit expired in June 22. I was refused the PGWP on Jun 28 based on the fact that I was told I didn't submit the right documents to proof the completion of study which I did with my final transcript submission.
Now I need to reapply and now I am out of status, I was advised by a friend to apply for restoration and pgwp by filling separate forms and put all in one package to immgration..I am currently having trouble with the restoration form IMM 5709 WHERE I have to fill in admissions, funding, length of program. I am confused at this point cos I don't know how to fill that since I have completed my education..

Im out of my depth here, there is a catch 22 where you need to have a study permit to get PGWP but you might have trouble getting a study permit extension without having current admission, seriously consider a lawyer or take a huge risk. I think you need to apply for all 3, restoration, study, PGWP.

Just fill in info for the program you completed and include a letter of explanation. IRCC will understand that you are only restoring your study permit to get the PGWP.
