leikyut_31, you can apply online, first answer some questions about your status in order to get the code and then login to your CIC a/c and enter that code. I provided PNP certificate along with my AOR(of CIC Sydney appln). Let me know in case of any queries. questions/answers are staraight...

Ruby_Roller, you can apply for OBWP as leikyut_31 mentioned. I was in same situation, I just got my OBWP last week. :) good luck. I suggest applying it sooner than later. I got 2 years OBWP (conditional: condition can work for any employer in Manitoba). :) hope this helps.

I just checked the status, its still application received. :) I think may be end of this month or early next month we can expect IP. I've seen some people from Feb is receiving IP, some of them received last week as well. :) Best luck to all.

I wouldn't do it if I were you, I've seen Province(PNP-office) asking for proof (to show you are living in province which nominated you)from people after 1-2 years of PR, thats why I said Don't risk it.

Diaboluce is right guys. I was in same boat. Unless you get nomination from PNP you can't extend your work permit exception you have LMO to extend your work permit. Bridging open work permit is different story where after PNP nomination when you apply to CIC for further process and receive File...

Call CIC and ask them, I've seen in some cases it takes 3+ months to receive AOR/File no. What category did you apply? PNP or federal?

did she send her Police Clearance certificate with application? if yes then next step would be In-process application and she will get PPR request. If not then she will receive request to submit Police Clearance. you can check your status online...

Diaboluce, just few questions, After Medical received (PCC sent with appln and RPRF already paid) whats the next status? Decision Made or In-process? Also any idea when we will get PPR(March applicants)? my Work permit is expiring by end of Sep-2014, not sure whether I should wait till August...

I've similar timeline. Present status is: Medical received Application received NS: 13 March (I guess) File no and medical request: 15 Apr Medical done : 20 May RPRF request: 21 May RPRF paid: 26 May waiting for next status update :)
