Yes, have all old-new work permit, study permit with you while landing. You need to surrender these while landing. I'm not sure about Service Canada landing., check CIC website if its allowed.

I was given till last week of May to land, for everyone its different but I think you should be fine with 2nd week of April. :) :) Good luck.
