    I could be wrong but I think part of the reason is that it’s far easier to collect documentation for CEC candidates as they are already in Canada.

    Well according to most people who don’t live in Canada it’s time for you to leave.......jk I understand why most people would want to live in Canada. It truly is one of the best countries in the world. I will honestly miss it and wish I could go back.
