Wow there's so many people getting DMs . Congrats! I paid the 490$ online and printed the receipt which I will show on my landing appointment in local CIC. The interview/landing appointment is basically a formality where they ask you 2 questions, then they will mail the PR card.

When you get decision made, you will get an E-mail from CIC that your local office will contact you. You will be notified of your landing appointment at your local CIC and they will issue your PR card and you will wait for it in the mail. No flagpoling . Hope that helps.

Open work permits are only for inland applications . She won't be able to work till she lands and becomes a PR if you do outland. If you plan to be together and for her to work as soon as possible, I suggest you get married, even if it's just a civil wedding with 2 witnesses.

Get a social insurance number at your nearest Service Canada, get health insurance as well. Then you can start applying and working . The employer will know what to do just give a copy of the open work permit.

Is the option C print out the Notice of assessment? Because I only sent the original notice of assessment and it was fine. My application was completed.

Hello yes you can pay online then bring the receipt on your landing appointment at your local office. There seems to be a lot of Decision Made letters this week before the long weekend :)

Send an open work permit application with your inland sponsorship (same envelope). That will give you implied status, no need to extend your current visa.

If you did not submit an open work permit application with your sponsorship then you have no implied status. You should extend your current TRV.
