    **SEPTEMBER 2018** INLAND SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP

Nope, apparently it's lost somewhere. CIC called us to find out whether we got it done, we told them we did and sent a receipt, they said to contact RCMP, we did and RCMP said they sent it out the following day of receipt, so it must be lost in mail or in their office. No idea how much longer...

    **SEPTEMBER 2018** INLAND SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP

Does anyone have any knowledge about what to do if the office lost the RCMP fingerprint background report? Sept applicant, contacted three weeks ago about CIC waiting on our fingerprint reports and when we contacted RCMP about it, they said they sent it to CIC office the day after receiving our...

Need help! Procedural fairness letter. Thank you!

So you did provide T4s for 2017. Here's why T4s matter, in my opinion, over the year in which they are provided (although, the years you provide matter to CIC for work history), but for me the issue is about being considered a contracted self-employed person vs being an employee. If that is their concern, provide information that shows you...

    Sponsor deemed eligible, now what?

I guess, another question to add to this, if they have lost it, but haven't confirmed it being lost, should we take initiative do another fingerprint to speed up process or wait to hear from them on the matter?

    Sponsor deemed eligible, now what?

I applied for my husband's sponsorship inland in Sept, 2018. While we waited for a decision on our application, my husband was requested to do his medical exam and then his fingerprint for background check. Both were completed as soon as we received notice. We received a call saying that they...
