Hi Gunpowder, There is nothing to worry about now, it may take an extra week or so. I have applied for mine -from Victoria too :) In Jun 18, and I received it around August 5th, I believe. It may take up to 8 weeks depend on how busy they are. Good luck....hope you'll get yours soon
