PGWP........Urgent, Please help!!!!

Hi guys,

So I have got all my papers ready to apply for my PGWP.

Question is. My Transcript says pending graduation, but my last class (internship) ends date is Nov30.

Background. I was guranteed an extension as my coop permit was late and my faculty were worried that i may not be anble to make it. But I endup finishjng on time.

If I apply now, with confirmation letter stating that I finished on Sept 30, my transcript say pending graduation-but last class shows end date of Nove 30.please note that my grads are all in.

Do you think this may be a.problem?

P.S: I have used the extension to extend my current study and work permit

Confirmation letter should do the needful. However, it's worth adding a cover letter. When you go to my cic, where you upload all mandatory documents, at the end it gives u an option to add additional documents, do attach a letter stating all this in precise manner. That should do all the needful.

Hi sabby2612, Thank you for your reply.

So I have finished a diploma (2010-2012) and BA (2012-2013).

I have attached in my education proof, My Diploma and Transcript from first school (My Transcript says internal student transcript though, is it OK?!), two confirmation letters of completion for my BA (From Registrar office + international Office), and transcript(stating pending graduation).

1. Do yo think that's enough? Is gonna be a problem with the Internal Transcript, even I have attached the actual diploma?

I am wired via phone so can't give much inputs at the moment with links. Go to cic site and u will find if u grad certification which in this case is ur official letter of confirmation from college, u don't even need to upload transcripts, u must read it on cic first. If u can't find it I will try to upload the link next time. But as a practise, most of the students upload both , transcripts and college letter. And finally wht I told u about cover letter seems to be important in your case if u r uploading ur transcripts too just to avoid any possible conflict on decisioning of ur file for pgwp.
