No one seem to really know. I believe the count is made up of those applicants who already got PER and those about to get PER (already charged and determined to be eligible but CIC just haven't gotten around to sending the email as yet). Using this logic, the update for today would be...

They have started checking first week for sure (June 2-6) but I cannot say if they have started checking June 9-13

Someone from June 2 already got his file back due to rejection, so yes CIC already started checking first week of June, maybe even second week of June by now.

You need to be in a country for at least 6 months as far as I know. Experts please correct me if I'm wrong.

Check the official FSWP page, I believe some of the forms were updated in August. You need to redo those forms.

Good to see a yaad man on the forums ;D, What bank are you using? I hear some seniors say 2-3 days for retry and some say after a week. Hope you get charged soon. I'm June 6th and waiting patiently.

At first glance this letter looks to match with 2171 in my opinion. Anybody else who applied for 2171 can say what if anything is obviously wrong with this?

Some of us will wait more than 3 months just to get CC charged or DD cashed, then another 3 months for PER :-[

You only need to submit PCC for yourself, your spose and any dependent who is at least 18 years old. You can submit PCC to local visa office instead of sending with your application, however you should submit a cover letter stating that PCC will be submitted upon request by LVO.
