    It seem you have doubts about your own chances. I'd say once you've submitted your application just sit back and wait, that's about the only thing you can do now. No one knows for sure when each cap is going to be filled. I personally think you'll make it. All the best!

    Check the official FSWP page, I believe some of the forms were updated in August. You need to redo those forms.

    Good to see a yaad man on the forums ;D, What bank are you using? I hear some seniors say 2-3 days for retry and some say after a week. Hope you get charged soon. I'm June 6th and waiting patiently.

    You only need to submit PCC for yourself, your spose and any dependent who is at least 18 years old. You can submit PCC to local visa office instead of sending with your application, however you should submit a cover letter stating that PCC will be submitted upon request by LVO.
