No! They just said that they will communicate the changes during fall. It means after Sept 22sd. ???

It would be awesome but I think the minimum score is gonna increase after they communicate the international students changes. In my opinion, it's fair once an international student spend a lot of money in Canada although it won't be good for people around the world.
