I guess I am a little confused on the terms used. AOR, AOR2, and temp file number. I had the impression AOR means they had reviewed your document and deem it complete and can link app online. Or is this AOR2?

You got AOR in September within 2 months of sending the package? Did you link your app?

This is so ridiculous. Can we raise these issues up somewhere where they would actually be pressured to do things more "humanly". I am sure there are mistakes on 9/10 apps, most probably very very small, like the missing "CANADA". Those returns are just infuriating, especially for people waiting...

I finally got through to an agent after 6 or 7 tries, but he said the app is still in process and still needs to be checked, he can't tell me anything other then the temp app # that was given last September. I am confused why there is a such a discrepancy between people when August applicant...

I tried calling 3 times and got to the part request for agent, and it says they are too busy and can't even transfer to agent. The only info they gave automatically was the date they received the app. Anyone else tried and actually reach an agent?

Yes i think it is about time they are doing July apps now, is very nerve wrecking checking the mail everyday. Hopefully everything is in the app or we get a more understanding person doing our app and not return over smaller issues. good luck to you all.
