Have you call them and ask about your app? I think as long as they say your app is complete, I wouldn't worry too much, just them being slow putting into the system. Ask for your UCI if possible, that will help you link easier i think.

I was able to link the PR app on GCkey today, it just says "we are processing your application" for status, assume they haven't done anything other than entering it into system. Also tried to link OWP but still can't link.

UCI# + F# is AOR2, at least that is what I have seen people referring it to in this forum. AOR1 is the letter that just say they received your document. with the XF#. Maybe you are outland? different from inland?

You won't get to link your app until you received AOR2. For most people since covid started is about 7-8 months from the date they received the files, So you are looking at July or August 2021 probably, maybe June if you are the super lucky ones.

Finally got AOR2 today! Original app received July 16th. Will try to link later today. Also seem like my timeline was deleted in the excel sheet for some reason.

You won't be able to link until you get actual AOR2. Going by the timeline on current process time, I would say earliest for Sep2020 will be around May-June this year.

I had to wait for 3 month before it kicked in, I paid out of pocket for a few things before it kicked in, since my wife was pregnant, but everything is fine now.

I don't think so. They will request for other things if needed late. You could call them but pretty sure they will say as long as you submitted a webform you are fine. Just sit tight and wait.
