I believe the (PR application) experiences you laid out are relative, and also governed by a number of factors (policy, etc.) which makes the process unique in every country. Comparing them might not be appropriate or comparing them based just on process timelines sounds overly simplistic, IMHO...

Notes received this morning. I had applied for the same on 12 Apr 2019.

Plus, the lack of transparency in the overall process makes it all the more difficult for the applicants to plan ahead.

Is "updated date" under various records a good measure of activity on a file? In my case that most recent date I see is 04 Dec 2018. Incidentally, after ordering GCMS notes on Apr 12, 2019 I received the request for RPRF in a couple of weeks and the profile status changed to "We are processing...

Just received the GCMS notes. Hard to figure out at which stage the application is. Towards the end, it says R10 OK for both us, and for one of us, it says Recommendation: Review Required. No mention of Eligibility/Criminality/Security... Surprisingly, all "Updated date" rows are dated Dec 2018...

I ordered via GCMS notes where they mentioned that the timeframe for delivery is by 35 days. Since there are about 10 more days to go before that happens, I haven't ordered or escalated yet. Your thoughts?

That sucks!. Question though - I have used a consistent NOC in my application, however, due to a change in roles/responsibilities at a new place of work I had to select a different NOC. Does that impact the NOC evaluation in any way?

Expecting notes by the second week of May. Will get some clarity on the age thing then. Most likely it should not affect the eligibility since it was after the ITA was issued.
