I had ordered and received GCMS notes once before. Is it advisable to apply for a second set? It's been about two months since the first set was ordered, received by the first week of May. At the time no progress was seen (eligibility, criminality and security checks had not even started)...

I hope all of us awaiting the PPR hear about the status of our applications in a clear and transparent manner. That's the least they can do, I assume.

Same timelines as yours with the exception of ADRs. Getting ADRs at this time would be dealbreaker esp. when I suspect that not much has been worked upon with regards to my application (according to GCMS notes). I have spoken to three agents till now and all of them suggested as if PPR was...

I am almost in a similar situation... I finish 7 months of application processing on Monday and no decision in sight. My work permit, house lease among other things are set to expire in another month. Moving back to India will lead to another set of updates to IRCC further delaying the process...

Question regarding PCC: Post AOR, I have been staying outside India for more than 6 months now. Additionally, I am about to complete 7 months of application processing next week. Would you suggest getting the PCC before IRCC asks for it and avoid any further delay? Thanks.

I was told the exact same thing word by word..! Maybe it's the bring forward date after the reminder is sent to the case officer. Who knows for sure!

That means some aspect of your application related to eligibility, background, medical etc., has been updated. You may find a little change in the status description on the lines of "...yet to begin" to "we are processing.." It's a good sign that someone has recently picked up your file...

Can't say. I paid the RPRF fee 2 weeks ago, the same day it was asked. It still says "We are reviewing the documents uploaded by you." It also depends on the stage your application is at. If RPRF is the only thing left to process it shouldn't take much time.

I didn't receive an acknowledgment when submitted the web form. I submitted my application directly.

Without supporting documents, I am not sure how this works. Not sure if affidavit alone is enough to supplement the claimed work experience. I would attach tax returns but then the roles and responsibilities part would still be left out from a verification point of view. Please consult someone...

Part of my work experience is as a self-employed professional. I used the signed contract with the 3rd party, invoices and reference letters to substantiate the self-employed experience. For the ones I could not get this information, I added those in the personal history.

I recently used GetGCMS for notes. Got the notes on the 27th day.

About time IRCC sent the email. Took the fun out of the process..!
