we sent application for Federal Court Review 15 months ago and my lawyer suggested to dismiss this application cause chances to win are too low (to save some money also) we dismissed app August 2020, we didn’t hear anything since then

Nothing to share from my side either, 10 months since we got AOR, we are nervous cause some people having 8-10 years in Canada got refused, we have 3 years only, just hope everything can be good in our H&C application

Our lawyer applied in March 2020, we didn’t hear anything from IRCC like “we received your application” or “processing your application” Does it takes more than a year till IRCC receives the application?
