Hi, would you like to share your H&C grounds pls? I have applied almost 2 years ago but our H&C is on hold until federal court review app get any answer

I’ve got gmcs notes I ordered 1 month ago, it shows last December my H&C application is put on “pending because of pending litigation of RAD decision”

I hope we don’t have to wait that long, the good thing is when i renewed my last work permit I got it 4 years

I ordered gmcs notes, last activity from my H&C was on last December, it says that my app is pending because of pending litigation on Rad decision

I applied for H&C April 2020, March 2020 I applied for Federal Court review for failed refugee claim, when I ordered my gmcs notes I noticed that our H&C was put on hold because of the Federal C app on Dec 2020, no news since then

Biometrics and medical they already have it (we provided on our refugee claim) about eligibility we didn’t receive any update

Automated message was “we are checking the background”, I don’t know about eligibility but when I try to check my app status it doesn’t even process yet

I think they have our biometrics from refugee claim that we made 3 years ago, automated machine said they are checking background only

Hi, I’ve called IRCC to check my H&C app, automated response was “we are checking background of your application, no medical or biometrics are required” what does it means about checking background? When I check my app online is not even on process yet thou, any help pls?
