Tie breaker is not predetermined.. it depends on the number of ppl they invite and tie breaker is the date and time the last ranking candidate created his/ her profile.. for eg, if they invite 2500 ppl with cut off 448. Let's assume 2400 were above 448 and there were 300 ppl with exact 448...

Nope.. ontario will send you invite if found eligible.. you just need to have an EE profile where you have stated intention to live in Ontario or all provinces and territories..

I'm not just talking just about the profiles that were rejected by CIC..the ITA's that were declined by people in the pool multiple times since some of their documents are not ready.. the stats is inclusive of both.. you can do your homework and cross check..

Let's wait for their next move.. looks like Ontario is opting the wait and watch principle.. they are waiting for the next federal draw and then issue noi.. that is bad for many of us since the cut off will be around 448 and Ontario would invite 440 to 447 which is really ridiculous..

Very true.. on a average 35 to 40 % ita's are declined or rejected.. imagine how many genuine people could have got those ita's(now many lost the only chance due to age/ tie breaker).. the only way to overcome this is - cic should deduct 10 points every time a person declines an invite else some...

More than 3 weeks ? Yes , it had happened once in June 2017 when cut off hit 413.. the lowest so far..

You will get invited in the next draw either on Monday or Wednesday with CRS above 500.. so keep calm and collected your docs.. all the best..

Happened only once in July 2017.. no one can predict if that will happen again.. just hope and pray your stars.. good luck..

What is your CRS? If it is above 439, you would have received noi on Jan14th draw, but that would have been void as you would have got direct ITA on Jan 30th federal draw.. so far none below 439 received noi irrespective of any NOC.. if you are french speaking with clb7, then you have chance...

Sorry mate.. since last March, even ppl with 437 but no french/job offer , have not received NOI.. 2017 was the golden year for both EE and oinp.. ppl with scores as low as 350 without job offer in ICT NOC's got invite.. but now situation has completely changed..we can just hope some miracle...

You will get it.. just wait for your moment.. since there are 9k ppl above 430 in the pool,general HCP would be less or no more , but they will definitely repeat last year process of issuing noi for job offer.. all the best..

Good to hope.. but reality is different.. to hit all time low of 413, they need to invite 22000+ profiles in the next draw.. scores will never go below higher 430's henceforth unless some drastic changes to EE happens..

This will happen only if there is a back to back draw anytime soon with 3900 invites .. for regular biweekly draws, scores will dangle between 440-442, provided no 3 week gap..

Not mandatory to have two draws every month.. In 2017, they had only one draw in June since there were 3 draws in May and the score hit the lowest record of 413.. to replinsh the pool, they had just one draw in June end.. nothing is predictable with CIC.. they surprise us when least expected...

Are you already working in Ontario ? Very high chance with oinp.. with for the HCP draw with job offer..

There was one round of invitation so far this year on jan 14th.. 1493 folks were invited with scores in the range 439-448..
