You applied in december and you are file was transfered to ankara in feb. So , you should thank god and not be fed up. What would you do if you were in my place. I applied in August and my file was transfered to ankara in march.

Yeah. They don't let permanaent reisdents to get in. Atleast in Tehran was like that. Plus you need to satisfy the person in the front that you have a good valid reason to go in. Like in farid's case that he waited so much longer than normal processing time
