Which visa office sent you the email? Why are they asking for tax return , bank statment and employment letter? Is not that finacial condition exempted for spousal ? Was your husband employed when you applied? Anybody else was asked for such?

I misunderstood your question. When I called CIC , they told me the exact date that was transfered to Ankara. But I did not get a confirmation. Nothing like a letter or email from cic or ankara.
