It is not necessary to do work in your field of study but for now most of the PNP ask for the job which is related to your field of study. Different provinces have their own rules so you have to check for that.

There is no PG course for Electrical Engineering in Canada. Either its post-secondary(which you don't want to do as it is lower level of studies as per your current studies.) or Masters. The PG course offered for technical courses in Canada is for telecomm and CS guys.

Its nothing like accounting is saturated. My friends who are doing accounting already got the permanent job even though they didn't finish their course. The bottom line is that You should be interested in the stuffs what you are doing.

I can understand your fluster. I want to mention that the time taken for decision is different for various profiles. I got my visa within 4 working days under SPP but my friend who applied with me got her visa after 20 days almost under SPP. so scenario is not same for all. Be patient.

yes it would be mentioned in transcripts. and you can,t get transfer credit for those subjects in which you have grace marks.
