If I am doing a 1 year course in Canada ,therefore I will get a 1 year work permit
By any how can that work permit be extended after that for another year or I have to come back to India?

if u get a job and company is willing to keep you then the company will extend your work permit

It is not necessary to do work in your field of study but for now most of the PNP ask for the job which is related to your field of study.
Different provinces have their own rules so you have to check for that.
