yes but looking at all the cases here most of the people were asked for remed before 12 months of file transfer. Now ours is a nikah only case, I wonder what will happen. They could have asked for more proofs or a complete wedding but they didnt ask for it yet. Only choice left is to wait and see..

Regarding my case one thing i don't understand is even if it's Nikah Only case they never objected or asked for more proofs. However, it's taking forever plus caips are wierd too :S
