Glad to hear some people with resubmitted photos receiving their PRC, there is a hope :) THe one in Otober gave me hope :) but you never know

Why we do not take action ? May be we should write some letters showing that the process is not fair, and that there is no any regulation for applications after photo request. May be we can write this to any MP ?

You can request email. In my case when I called cic the agent asked if i received the letter or not, when i said no, he immediately send an email - request for resubmission of photos.
