Hey bro.. to my best knowledge, you've done a right thing to supply missed files for your application. Otherwise, your early app will be returned. If you had provide your supplementary files with clear indication about your purpose and NOC and other info,,, CIC should add it to your early apps...

Cheer up bro... I'm not in that NOC, but I heard a lot from the seniors it will take 20 to 40 days to get PER from charge... The best will come soon...

LOL!! It was like CIC totally forget there is an NOC as 2133. Hopefully they will make the lost time back soon... Mid-Sep applicant desperately waiting for PER.... All GOD BLESS......

Hello Seniors, I have a dumb question. Is PER email sending out from Visa-Intake-Office (say Sydney) or the visa office you choose to process your application (say Singapore, London, New Delhi....)? Thanks in advance.
